Who is Iwona Lebiedowicz

Iwona Lebiedowicz is an entrepreneur, multi-award-winning businesswoman, and expert in communicating effectively on an international level. 

Almost 20 years of experience in leadership positions in public and private sector organisations leading multinational teams, and successfully managing multicultural engagement and digital marketing campaigns. 

Having moved to the UK from Poland in 2004, she has successfully built and managed multinational teams and businesses in the UK. She has also experienced many ups and downs, especially in her early years in business, and faced many challenges that other female business owners may be familiar with.

Since 2009, she has been delivering a variety of bespoke language and cultural training across the UK to professionals and associations including International Trade Associations, British Chambers of Commerce, Law Firms, and Educational Bodies.

The foundation for Iwona’s ability to support others is her desire to apply and adapt insights gained through both her international leadership experience and formal education. Iwona holds a Master's in Management with specialization in International Relations from PoznaÅ„ University of Economics and Business. She is an NLP Certified Practitioner, IBD Accredited Business Adviser, undergoing NLP Master Practitioner training, and holds an Advanced NLP Diploma in Coaching. 

Iwona also holds the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Advanced Diploma, a formally accredited, post-graduate level qualification for current and aspiring non-executive directors.

Iwona currently serves as a non-executive Director of the East Midlands International Trade Association (EMITA), the Lincolnshire Chamber International Trade Hub Adviser, and is also a Director/Trustee of Centrepoint Outreach.

Passionate about business and personal growth, delivering exceptional results and quality to our clients and employees, she helps businesses to identify opportunities and implement the best solutions.
